Delivery Times
Normal delivery time anywhere in Ireland is within 48 hours of your order being dispatched (except for Sat and Sun). Products are shipped from Dublin by postal delivery and they require a signature so please make sure there will be someone there to sign for your order between 9am and 5pm as the couriers cannot give specific times of delivery. If you are unlikely to be at home during those hours, please provide an alternative address, such as your work address.

Delivery to mainland Europe is estimated at 96 hours from the time your order is dispatched. Deliveries further afield are dependent on distance and local factors.
Delivery Charges:
For all orders (current products listed on the website) to any Republic of Ireland address there is a flat rate of €5.00 per order.
For all orders (current products listed on the website) to any UK address there is a flat rate of €8.00 per order. For deliveries outside Ireland and the UK there is a tiered cost for deliveries based on weight of products ordered which will be flagged at the checkout stage.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event that you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind we are happy to offer a full 7 day no quibble refund or exchange for any unopened products. Please call to let us know and we can advise on what to do next. Once your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item to The Jelly Bean Factory in its original condition within 42 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.
If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we can not issue refunds if the seal has been broken or product has been opened.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
1. The item must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 42 days of purchase.
